Auto Accident
At-fault driver suddenly and negligently made a right hand turn directly into the path of Mr. Fenimore’s three (3) clients, t-boning his clients’ vehicle at a high rate of speed. One client suffered severe neck injuries which required a trial spinal cord simulator, and her neurosurgeon recommended that she have neck surgery to help her overcome her serious injuries. The second client in the accident suffered a severe left shoulder injury. A MRI showed a multiloculated cystic structure extending into the anterior-most superspinatus muscle belly indicating a tear of the superior labrum. The client was referred to a board certified orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed him with a SLAP lesion with perilabral cyst which ultimately required left shoulder arthroscopic surgery. The third client suffered excruciating low back injuries which required multiple injections in her lumbar spine to help alleviate the pain. Mr. Fenimore was able to secure a total settlement of $250,000.00 on behalf of these three clients.

The second client was forced to undergo right shoulder reverse total shoulder arthroplasty surgery. Mr. Fenimore was able to secure the full combined policy limits of $200,000 for these two clients.

Motorcycle Accident
Client was riding a motorcycle when the at-fault driver pulled out from an intersection directly in front of the client’s approaching motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the right rear side of the other vehicle while traveling 40 miles per hour. The force of the impact hurtled the client over the handlebars of his motorcycle and over the top of the other driver’s vehicle. The client suffered severe injuries to his right knee which ultimately required complex reconstructive knee surgery which was performed by the team surgeon for the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL.
